Why haven't I received my shipment notification email?

How long will it take to ship my order?
We typically ship within the same day or the following 1-2 business days of your order confirmation. Your shipment notification email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has been processed. We are a small team working as hard as we can so we appreciate your understanding! Any orders placed over public holidays, Christmas or New Years will be processed on the next business day. How long can I return or exchange my order?

How can I edit my shipping address?
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, we cannot correct the error once your order is on its way. Please ensure you double check your address during checkout. Once your package is delivered to your selected address you will be responsible for retrieving it.
How can I change my order?

How can I check the status of my order?
You can view the order status on your account page, which will be updated with the progress. In addition we will send you detailed emails to keep track of status changes (e.g. order acceptance, shipment). ternet tend to repeat predefined.
Why did I receive a out of stock notification after I placed an order?
In the unlikely event that we ran out of stock after you placed an order we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order and refund your money or to wait until the item is back in stock. Please contact us with your preferred option.
I want to cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us using the contact form with your order number or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order is already on its way, we cannot cancel the order.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can only use one promo code per order. If you have two valid promo codes, you will have to select the promo code you wish to use. You can apply a discount code in the checkout process.
What forms of payment do we have?
You can purchase on our website using a debit card, credit card, instant bank transfer (Klarna) and purchase on account (Klarna). Additionally, we support Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
How can I change my payment method for an order?
You can always change your payment method before completing your order process. Once the payment has been processed, you cannot change your payment method.

Does VEVBLEU offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping within the European Union.
Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?
In general this is not a problem, but most packing stations are too small for the elongated cardboard boxes. So if you want to order a yoga mat from us, we recommend that you give an alternative delivery address. If you choose to specify a packing station as the delivery destination, it is very likely that your delivery will be deposited for collection at a nearby Post / DHL branch.
How do I know where my order is?
As soon as we have sent your package, we will send you a tracking number by email. You can enter the tracking number under the following link and follow your package's journey.
How is the shipping fee calculated?
The shipping fee is depended on the delivery country as well as weight of your order. Details can be found on our shipping page. The exact shipping costs will be calculated and shown during the checkout process.
Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
If you are ordering to a country outside the European Union, depending on the country, some orders get charged by custom fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine duties and taxes as this information varies by country. We are not responsible for any additional custom charges, taxes or duties that may occur during the shipping process. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
Why hasn't my package arrived?
If your order is still not there after 6 business days, we ask you to check the status of your order via tracking. If you are not present on the day of delivery, a second delivery attempt will be made for the next business day. If you are repeatedly not present, your package will be dropped off at a neighbour or at the nearest branch. You will be informed by the carrier about the whereabouts via mail or letter card. In case your delivery address is incorrect for any reason, your name cannot be found on the door, the house number is hidden, there is a typographical error or someone at your delivery address refused to accept your package, it will be sent back to us and we will contact you.

How do I return or withdraw my purchase?
We want you to love very aspect of your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email within 30 days of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible. Please note that returns must be in original packaging and shipping is non-refundable. If a return label is requested, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the goods are faulty. You as the buyer are responsible to cover the costs for the return shipment. Can I get the refund on a different account?
No, returns must be made from the original shipment address and payments can only be refunded via the same payment method used during purchase to avoid fraud.
Material & Care
How can I clean my yoga mat?
Whenever needed, wipe down with a damp cloth & hang to air dry or pop in the washing machine (only suede mats) on a gentle cycle; use a mild detergent if needed. Do not spin-dry or tumble dry. Hang to air dry and avoid exposure to direct sunshine. Roll up with top layer facing outwards before storing it. Allow mat to completely air dry before rolling up.
What can I do if I feel I am slipping on my mat?
If you do want more grip on your suede mat, you can always spritz the mat with a bit of water (use distilled water to avoid nasty marks) to increase the microfiber traction.
Why are our yoga mats eco-friendly?
Our yoga mats are made from biodegradable, natural tree rubber with a microfiber suede top, printed with non-toxic water based inks. We avoid plastic in our packaging to protect our environment.
Why does my product seem like a different color than I ordered?
Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every display has different capabilities to display colors and everyone sees colors differently. We try to provide different photos to show the mat as life-like as possible.
How should I store my yoga mat?
It is best to store your yoga mat rolled up, with the top layer facing outwards. This prevents creasing and curling at the corners. If wet, allow the mat to dry before rolling up. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use and away from direct sunlight.
Can the yoga mat be used for other excercises?
Absolutely! Our yoga mats are designed to keep you supported during yoga, pilates and all other floor-based activities (e.g. HIIT, Core, Cross-fit and playtimes with the little ones).
What are the yoga mats made from?

What can I do if my mat has a rubber odour?
As we use natural rubber, the mat can have a slight odour at first. But don't worry, this will fade over time.
Does VEVBLEU have physical stores?
No, we currently do not have any physical store, but join our email list and be the first to know. You might find us at a yoga festival.
