Returns & Withdrawal

Right to withdrawal 

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity.

Withdrawal instruction and revocation form 

You have the right to withdraw this contract within thirty (30) days without giving reasons. 

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods. 

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VEVBLEU e.K, Jahnstr. 46a, 96114 Hirschaid, Germany) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a postal letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. 

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about exercising the right of withdrawal before the end of the revocation period. 

Effect of withdrawal 

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund the payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs, after receipt of the return shipment and notification of the written withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever event occurs first. 

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the date on which you notify us of your refund from this agreement. This period is deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the end of the thirty-day period after placing the order. 

You shall be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the goods.  

You will only have to pay for any decrease in the value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Affiliated / financed transactions 

If you finance this contract with a loan and withdraw it later, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the withdrawal becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your financial lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also withdraw the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal. 

General notes on returns and withdrawals

1) Please avoid damage and impurities of the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection against transport damage, such as contamination. 

2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage unpaid. 

3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
