Where do you ship to and what are the shipping costs?
Where is my shipment or how can I track my parcel?
As soon as we have sent your package, we will send you a tracking number by email, so you can follow your package's journey. You can use the link in the mail to track your shipment . If still haven't received a shipping notification email after 2 business days, you are more than welcome to contact our customer support.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping within Germany. For other countries, please see below. The exact shipping cost will be shown during the checkout process.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We typically ship within the same day or the following 1-2 business days of your order confirmation. The delivery usually takes 2-3 business days within Germany, 5-10 days in Europe and 15 - 30 days to other countries.

Shipment & Delivery
As far as in the article description, no other period is indicated, the delivery of the commodity takes place in Germany within 7-10 days, for foreign deliveries within 10-14 days after order confirmation (in case of agreed pre-payment after the date of your payment order). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. .
Return Shipment
You have ordered from us within the last 30 days and now you want to return your order? If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (less shipping costs). Any product you return must be complete and in the condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Please use the return form attached to the order. Enclose the return slip with your return shipment. The shipping costs for the return are not covered by us and have to be paid by you. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the amount within a short time. Refunds will then be credited to the payment method used.
